I provide services for our elders, those that are immobile or need extra care.
As a mobile notary in Arizona, I help those that are in assisted living, hospice and other situations requiring door-step services.
Documents include wills, durable and non-durable powers of attorney, health, medical and financial directives, with fast, efficient and affordable service.

Preparation
The Notary's Role
The primary function of a Notary Public is to examine the signer's identification, to determine the person listed on the document is indeed the signer. This is to deter fraudulent activity. A Notary Public may also act as an impartial witness.
Acceptable Forms of ID
Identification Acceptable for Notary Services in the State of Arizona
- Valid state-issued driver’s license
- Valid U.S. passport issued by the U.S. Department of State
- Valid U.S. military ID
- Valid state, county and local government IDs
- Valid certification of U.S. citizenship
- Valid certification of naturalization
- Valid alien registration card with photograph
- Valid foreign passport
*This identification should contain a photograph, physical description and signature. To be considered valid, the identification cannot be expired. This information is per the National Notary Association as of 11/17/2017.
